omg!!i really can't believe it.i thought it just a normal problem like every other day where sometime your connection will drop occasionally and to be honest i cant live without internet connection.as for me its really sucks!! especially for heavy user like me who use internet for almost 24/7 a day.
luckily for me it happened on weekend where i'm quiet busy with activities such as clubbing, reading books, hang out with friends and et cetera. thank god!!
anyways, i'm quiet disappointed with the services offered by tm / streamyx team they tend to act slow to solve my problem.in addition, the problem happened twice in a week. gosh!!c'mon guys you need to upgrade your system and if possible try to restore the problem within 24-48 hrs. not more than that!!!Pls take note.
